Setting goals and thinking about what you want in future can sometimes feel overwhelming. What happens to career satisfaction when money satisfaction is low or high? What happens to romantic relationships when well-being is low or high? How does focusing on one category put pressure (in either direction) on the others? How big or small is your wheel? How does the size of your wheel correspond to the size of your life? What do you see for yourself in this? If you trace a circle around the wheel connecting all the numbers you circled, what shape emerges? Is it a smooth circle (for instance, you rated every category a 4) or is it a bumpy circle (you rated the categories very differently, going from low numbers to high and back again)? How well would your wheel roll if it had to? How to use the tool going forward: Once you have completed your wheel, there are plenty of ways to use it.
